Where can I buy framed New York photography prints in the UK?

My set of prints of New York includes all the highlights you would expect. There are soaring skyscrapers, the leafy expanse of Central Park, the iconic Statue of Liberty and even the yellow cabs weaving along 42nd Street. New York has always been, for me, the most exciting city to photograph. I often joke about being nearly run down by a motorcycle courier on Tower Bridge while photographing in the middle of the road, but standing precariously in the centre of the street to capture the Flatiron Building in New York brings a whole new level of exhilaration and risk. The colour framed print of the Statue of Liberty shown below hangs in an office in Putney, SW London.

New York, despite the intense colour and constant vibrancy of the city, is an excellent place to make striking black and white prints. The Statue of Liberty image below was taken with a 200mm lens using my favourite 400 ISO Ilford film, capturing its form and texture with clarity. The skyscrapers print on the right was shot with a 24mm prime lens, also on 400 ISO Ilford film, emphasising scale and contrast. The prints on the staircase below form a cohesive set of New York skyscrapers, each framing a different architectural rhythm and mood.

This set of New York prints below works beautifully along these stairs in this office, bringing energy and cohesion to the space. Skyscraper prints make excellent coordinated sets. Corridors present a different design challenge, and if you take a look through the complete galleries at the top of this page you’ll see clear collections of prints that complement one another and work well together.
